Beekeeping in Plymouth is taking on a new look by combining community sponsorship and science. Not For Robots spends time with Matt and Owen from Pollenize; a Plymouth based social enterprise that brings together the power of community and technology to reverse pollinator decline. Based in Cape Town South Africa, Klaus is a relationship focused coach with 20 years of leadership experience. He works with individuals, as well as partnerships (personal and business) and relationship systems (groups of people like teams & departments) to create space for growth and better working together. His coaching is accredited through an international certification in Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) delivered by the Centre for Right Relationships.

Nairy McMahon is Director of CRRUK, the exclusive UK provider of the Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) curriculum. We talk about the relationship systems approach, what’s happening with the ORSC community in the UK and, hear about why ORSC’s relational approach appeals so much to people from different cultures and walks of life. We also have a little chat about the Plymouth and the potential of social enterprise as a vehicle for making change happen.
Nairy combines her love of ORSC philosophy and principles with an impressive track record in developing creative enterprises. She’s passionate about the transformational power of coaching and loves to see individuals and organisations thrive, through the application of our training.
Not For Robots spends time with Tam Martin Fowles. We find out about what initiated her life’s work helping people find hope in the darkest moments. We explore how we can all bring compassion into our lives and learn about how she is working with others to make Plymouth a Compassionate City.
Tam founded Hope in the Heart in 2012, the same year she developed the AccepTTranscend Model for Transformation, which forms the basis for many of her creative personal development workshops and courses. Tam is a transpersonal therapist, coach, international facilitator, educator, inspirational speaker and Master Facilitator of the UN-endorsed Virtues Project. She founded Woman Undiluted, a sister-organisation to HITH, which aims to unite and empower women from diverse backgrounds. Tam is a UK ambassador of international movement Charter for Compassion and co-founder of the Compassionate London and Compassionate Plymouth City Initiatives.
Not for Robots welcomes Romaine Johnstone, a certified relationship systems coach working in France, the UK and other European countries. We catch up for the first time in a while and talk our way around relationship systems coaching in theory and practice. Romaine shares some of her experiences working with leaders in international organisations and with Executive MBA teams. We also hear about the corporate behavioural change initiatives she is involved in and her work with the members of the global bilingual Professional Women’s Network. We reflect on some of the change we’d like to see happen in the world… more quickly !
Not For Robots spends some time with Hamira Latif, professional coach with a focus on relationship systems work who lives and works in Dubai. This is the first podcast Hamira and I have recorded which I'm absolutely sure doesn't come through at all! I had a great time catching up with Hamira after going through ORSC certification together and I want to say a big thank you to her for jumping in bravely and being willing to support me to get Not For Robots off the ground.
