Today on the show Laura is chatting with Kaeleigh Nadeau. Kaeleigh is what one would describe as persistent, patient, and detail-oriented. She loves puzzles, and the challenge of making several moving parts come together flawlessly.

As the Principal Interior Designer, Project Manager and 3D Rendering Specialist for KSN Pro Design, her clients count on her to make their interior design project a reality.

She not only helps them dream it and plan it but then she shows it, even before it’s done! With 3D rendering technology, she can let people into her vision and allow them to see the possibilities.
This “sneak-peek” gives her clients peace of mind knowing that everything has been checked off their wish list. When it all comes together, and it looks exactly as she planned, it’s beauty in the making.

Early in her career, Kaeleigh worked at a big box store helping customers with kitchen and bathroom design and at that time, got her degree in interior planning and her (NKBA) National Kitchen and Bath certification. She also fine-tuned her project management skills as District Manager for Montana’s and Kelsey’s restaurants.

Even with all her work experience, Kaeleigh is a natural at what she does. Perhaps it is part personality and part upbringing. Her father and mother flipped houses in the ’80s and ’90s and so she was exposed to design at a young age. She says she is always at her happiest on a job site. Kaeleigh also grew up on a farm and learned a strong work ethic right from the beginning.

In her spare time, she loves to make memories with her husband, kids and golden retriever. And if she has any time left over, read, workout and enjoy the outdoors.

On the show today Laura is chatting with Lisa Taylor.

Lisa Taylor brings 20 years of sales and customer service experience. From working in a range of industries that include HVAC, Nutraceuticals and Car Leasing, she believes that the success of a business is driven by sales, the sales processes and sales training. Without a strategic sales plan, growth is limited. In many organizations she worked for, she developed from the ground up, a streamlined sales process and operations system that improved businesses’ bottom line.

In a male-focused industry, Lisa managed to prove herself over and over again which allowed her the opportunity to access further training in sales, being invited to exclusive events all over North America with the best trainers in the business.

In 2008, Lisa started working in the HVAC industry, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the HVAC systems and the industry. Here she was tasked with developing new sales processes and operations, as well as hands on training techniques. She has learned the key to helping businesses grow is to work with the decision makers and key personnel within organizations, so she can help them achieve the goals for their business.

Over the last few years, she has used her talents to a leadership role in the business community of Durham Region building a successful Chapter of a Networking Association bringing female entrepreneurs together.

In January, 2018 Lisa founded ElleT Consulting, offering strategic sales planning and training for HVAC corporations and small businesses who want to grow. www.ellet.ca
