I hear a lot - Ren how in the world are you able to get everything done?! And today I’m spilling my daily practice that helps me.
Successful entrepreneurs have always raved about the power of a good, consistent morning/daily routine - and there’s so much science to back it up.
In this training I share my THREES method that I use for my daily life and it includes daily activities for my business, my home, my relationships and my self care.
The biggest thing I want you to know is that a daily practice can be 10 minutes! It can be a breathing practice in between errands when you’re still in your car, a quick tidy of your living room or getting up 30 minutes earlier to read.
I believe that the power to our lives is always held in our daily routine and what we choose to do with our time.

2 years ago, my absolute best friend told me that I would never be successful.

For 4 years straight, my "mentor" who I trusted with my whole heart repeatedly let me know that I was not a visionary, I was "just a techie" who could make OTHERS ideas happen.

My ex, who I grew up with, repeatedly laughed at my dreams and ambitions - because they were ridiculous and silly.

Because I had to try really hard at school and was teased relentlessly - I grew up feeling like I was really dumb and would never be able to make it.
