"Life Talks... Again?" is a podcast curated by four bachelors of child and youth care students who are passionate about helping youth, life issues, and advocacy. In this episode of “Life Talks... Again?”, we discuss the importance of normalizing therapy and being transparent. We will discuss the stigma towards therapy and why it's vital to take advantage of the resources and tools to help support yourself and your mental health. As well as the various reasons why others may seek therapy. As a group, we discuss our own opinions and experiences on how important it is to validate our emotions and seek help when needed.

In this episode of “Life Talks... Again?”, we take on the topic of privilege, and what it means and looks like. We will discuss the advantages of having a source of income, living in a two-parent household, and having your tuition paid for by your parents. The goal of this episode is to start the conversation and to educate others as to how they can acknowledge their privilege and use it to advocate for others. A special guest speaker from the Peel District School Board joins us to share how she views privilege within society, and how it is portrayed within the community.
