This will be my legacy and the only original thought I ever achieve. Come sit in the front row for my dissertation, as I provide inarguable evidence that the Lord of the Rings movies are actually anime. But this is great! If you like one and haven't experienced the other, now you know you can. I expect thank you emails

Do you like art but aren't really sure how to appreciate it? Perfect. Today I'm joined by my good friend Patrick Devine who shares a little of his art expertise with us as a graduated Studio Art major with a passion for art history.
We lay some ground work for what art itself is, and then go through three paintings while he helps us understand how to appreciate art within it's context, which I certainly know almost nothing about.

Follow along with the paintings we're looking at!

1 - Eagles of Tesuque by John Sloan

2 - Study for David and Goliath by Paul Cadmus

3 - untitled by Willem de Kooning
