MPL is a group of friends trying to change the world one conversation at a time! It's a way for us to create our own narrative, humanize Muslims, and unapologetically be ourselves. Essentially, it is a podcast for humans by humans.

Some of us have been peer pressured to the point that we have felt the need to change ourselves and who we are. We come to the conclusion, that at the end of the day, we are all on our own journey, and embracing ourselves for who we are is all that really matters.

We talk about how we must come to terms with the fact that we will never be able to satisfy others and it social media should never be about pleasing others. We also talk about the competition and pressure to have a certain number of followers and likes. It's important that we be who we are and please ourselves rather than try to impress others, because that is what will bring out the beauty of who we are
