I am your host Winnie and I would like to deeply welcome you guys to my podcast Yum Cha, where we keep it real and chit-chat. Growing up, I was bullied for being Asian as kids will say all kinds of racist comments. As I matured, I am proud to be Chinese. Ultimately, my goal in my podcast is to embrace culture and inclusivity for all. I hope that you are able to feel liberated and inspired by the community around you to learn about each other's culture.

By embracing the spiritual significance of the butterfly's journey, we can draw inspiration to embark on a path of self-discovery (from the state of self-imposed limitations to one of freedom, beauty, and expanded consciousness). The cocoon marks a period of introspection to shed old patterns, beliefs, and ways of thinking that no longer serve our highest good. As the butterfly emerges from the cocoon, it symbolizes the awakening of our higher selves and the blossoming of our true essence. Sprinkle in their vibrant colors- butterflies remind us to live in harmony with the natural world and honor the inherent beauty and sacredness within ourselves and others.
Start with a goal, talk it into existence, visualize the outcome, and take consistent steps to make it happen. Empower yourself with clarity and direction by setting SMART goals that help guide your path to greatness. Power up your journey to success!
The Law of Attraction states that positive/negative thoughts can bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. That’s why it's so essential to have an open and positive mind for the law of attraction to work in your favor rather than against you. Manifest miracles by asking the Universe what you want!
Getting out of our way means overcoming our self-imposed limitations and beliefs that we hold about ourselves. By cultivating a growth mindset, we can see failures and challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. Don't let excuses hold you back from achieving your full potential.
The lotus flower is a powerful symbol of spiritual awakening, purity, enlightenment, and divine beauty. The flower's journey rises from the muddy and murky depths of the water, opening up to the sun's rays into a beautiful flower. Through perseverance and faith, we too can emerge from our struggles. The lotus flower teaches us that even in difficult times, there is still beauty to be found.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/winnie90/support

There is a power in saying no because we say the word yes too often. We need to be more selective with what and to who we choose to say yes. We should think strategically and critically about what we're saying yes to. It's time to set limits as not everyone is deserving.
