Exodus 19 recounts the people's preparations to enter into covenant with the Lord. We'll take some time to explain covenants, the Old Covenant, and how it relates to the New Covenant. Plus, we'll talk about what it means to be in covenant with the Lord and why we need to take the time necessary to learn and understand what these concepts mean.
Life takes twists and turns that sometimes bring us to insurmountable difficulties. Today's message from Exodus 17 looks at two crises that the Israelites faced and how they failed the first test but used the lessons learned to be victorious in the second.

Minds filled with the light of God’s truth. Biblical fellowship with Christ-followers. Frequent times of public and private worship A life dedicated to serve and minister to others. A life of daily dying to self. Consistent obedience in persecution. Consistent, unconditional love towards others. Living by the fruit of the Spirit. Bathing all of this in prayer.
