With no idea what to do, we were rescued by Fourth Chair Army generals Jay from The Sexy Armpit and Shawn from Branded in the 80s and they put together a special "Roast & Toast" of CT, Pax and Jeeg. So we had plans for a really great show where guest Aaron Nix would return after a long absence. The topic we had planned was great and would have been the greatest show ever. But computer problems and the like kept Aaron from joining us. Instead, we present you with this conversation that occurred between the Nerd Lunchers while waiting to start the show.
The Nerds are again joined by May and Kay to drilldown on the second Star Wars prequel movie, Attack of the Clones. We discuss our first time watching the movie, we scrounge deep down into our souls to discuss the things we liked about the movie and then we discuss things we had issues with, which may not be some of the things you're expecting.

Michael DiGiovanni from The Atomic Geeks and Classic Film Jerks returns for a second look at Film and TV tropes. We did this before on episode 142 and there are so many, we have to do it again. How tropey. Sewers, murder-solvers, funerals, and insane people are among the topics discussed. Nerd To-Dos feature Supernatural, Person of Interest and an update on Lorenzo Lamas.

Jeff from Your Weird guests in the Fourth Chair and we return to an old topic of ours, the Listbuster. This time we target Screen Rant's 10 Most Influential TV Shows of All Time and decide if we feel the list is good or needs busting (hint: it mostly needs some busting). Then we come up with some alternatives of our own to add to the list. Nerd To-Dos feature some talk about the Lay's Do Us a Flavor 2015 set and serves as a prequel to an Extra Helping later this week.

Our Nerd To Dos this week feature Ant Man, Agents of Shield, Rogue Nation, and supporting Fourth Chair Army member Rondal Scott's Strange Kids Club Kickstarter.
This week the Nerds welcome back Jay from Sexy Armpit. They are returning to franchise topic Real Life Scenarios in which we have to pick a real life person to exist in a pop culture scenario from movies or TV. In Nerd To Dos we talk about Halloween, THX-1138, Ernest Cline's new book and we get another LorenzoWatch 2014 update.
In this episode, CT drives around Texas and has actual nerd lunches with members of the Texas Fourth Chair Army. First up, Jasmin from 1 Fine Cookie and we did a round of Andrew Bloom-inspired "would you rather?" questions. After that, Rondal from Strange Kids Club was up and he talked about the relaunch of his Kickstarter and we talked through some "Muppet scenarios." Last, but not least, lunch with Miss M from Diary of Dorkette and the Eclectic Mayhem Podcast contained talk of some "action figure scenarios." Don't worry, at no point in the podcast did CT mess with Texas.

Dubba from On Second Scoop and Nosh Show fame returns to the Fourth Chair this week as the nerds don the Nerdstradamus turban to make their annual predictions. Listen and be amazed at the range of psychic insights about TV, fast food/junk food, and celebrity news for the year to come. Plus the guys play a game of Overs and Unders about Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Nerd To Dos include the Houdini mini-series, the podcast We're Alive, the podcast Dragonfly Ripple, and roller derby.
CT leads the podcasters into a three-way dance discussion where they come up with the casts of two new "Expendables" movies. The Fourth Chair is crowded this week as returning guest Dubba from episode 96 brings with him three of his friends. The ENTIRE crew from The Nosh Show joins us and we do a Fast Food Draft. The rules were simple, we each had to pick a burger/beef entree, chicken entree, side item, drink (something you can suck through a straw) and a wild card item from the QSR top 20 list of fast food and quick service restaurants. There was drama and intrigue and by the end we were all very hungry.

Evan is here to help us discuss the works and legacy of one Alan Moore. We talk about our favorite books. We talk about our least favorite books. We talk about Moore's attitude toward adaptations of his work and we even discuss Mr Moore's legacy in the history of comics. It's a good roundtable on one of the more recognizeable creators in comics.

CT returns this week along with frequent Fourth Chair Soldier Robert Zerbe from To the Escape Hatch. In their first ever "Nerd Lunch Theater," the crew puts on a show as CT takes on the persona of Ned N. Lurch, the idiot stepson of a famous movie studio executive. Ned has managed to convince ol' stepdad to give him a shot at producing a big budget movie. In an effort to make sure this project fails, Ned is set up with three consultants who have been instructed to feed ideas into the project that will turn this into the "worst movie ever." Nerd To-Dos this week includes a whole bunch of stuff, but most importantly a rather lengthy sidebar about Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
CT is away once again this week, but luckily Pax and Jeeg are able to contact Jay from The Sexy Armpit on the Sludgephone. On the docket for this week is a discussion of some of the worst things the nerds have been subjected to by their significant others. The gang is all here: rom-coms, costume dramas, boy bands, quaint weekend destinations, and regionally popular card games. CT and Jeeg did just that on their recent trip to Georgia and present to you this podcast/warning. CT recently had the opportunity to review Make Art Make Money: Lessons from Jim Henson on Fueling Your Creative Career by Elizabeth Hyde Stevens. As a creative type and a fan of Jim Henson's Muppets, the book spoke volumes to him and he had to take the chance to speak with Liz a bit more about this creation. This book is available on Kindle Serial and is highly recommended to anyone with creative passions, fans of Jim Henson, and especially anyone fitting both criteria. The book goes through ten lessons and gives great depth and insight into the mind of Henson and how he was able to live his life of pursuing art and make money at the same time. This discussion with Stevens for this extra helping goes into depth about the book, how she came to decide to write it, and how it can help you.
It's the triumphant return of the Nerd Lunch Podcast after their post-episode 100 hiatus. Jeeg, Pax and CT welcome their 50th guest to sit in the Fourth Chair on the show.
