Jacqualine Price Osafo, MBA, CAE is the VP membership for the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Jackie is responsible for recruitment, retention, and engagement for approximately 83,000 domestic and international individuals and corporations and is responsible for $8.4M, which represents the third largest revenue stream, in membership revenue and ensuring a positive ROI for AHIMA.
Some of her accomplishments include: changing the membership model and developing and implementing engagement strategies for new groups. She increased membership by 97%, lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, and developed and delivered educational training programs.
