When does 1 + 1 = 1 ?  Relationship! We get into a relationship and have to take one set of ideas and traditions, put it together with another set of ideas and traditions, and get 1 set of ideas and traditions.  This is easier thought about than done.  As in most things, it takes work.   When we get married we each bring our own perspectives on the way things should be done into a relationship.  But if we are not willing to be open to compromise it could cause problems. Do you ever feel that your way is the right way and the only way? Can you be open to creating our way?  Get ready to learn how to build the foundation of our way out of your way and my way.
