In this episode, we’re diving into the simple Lion’s Gate ritual that I’ll be doing myself this year, and that you can do right alongside me to get intentional about what you’re calling in, what you’re leaving behind, and the life you’re ready to become available for.

And SIMPLE is the keyword here. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

You don’t need a million things. You don’t need an elaborate ritual. Grab your journal, a pen, give yourself 20–30 minutes, and let’s get intentional.

Save this episode, listen before you begin, and come back to the prompts below when you’re ready to journal. And if you find this episode after 8/8, you can absolutely still do this ritual. These prompts are about creating space, getting honest about what you desire, and deciding how you’re going to participate in creating it.

✨ PART ONE: YOUR 8/8 MORNING JOURNAL PROMPTS

Before you touch your phone tomorrow morning, grab your journal, head outside if you can, and give yourself 20–30 minutes.

At the top of your page write:

8/8/26: The Life I Am Available For

Then answer:

What am I ready to leave behind?
What am I ready to receive more of?
If I stopped negotiating with what I really want, what would I admit that I desire?
Who is the version of me who already holds this life?
What am I declaring over the next 12 months?

Don’t overthink these. Let yourself be honest about what you want, what you’ve outgrown, and what MORE actually looks like for you in this season.

✨ PART TWO: WRITE YOUR 8/8/27 LETTER

Turn to a fresh page or grab a separate piece of paper.

Date it:

August 8, 2027

Then begin with:

“Dear [your name], you would not believe what happened this year…”

Write the story of the next 12 months as if you’re already sitting there one year from now looking back.

What happened in your life? Your family? Your business or career? Your finances? Where did you go? What did you create? What prayers were answered? What became normal that once felt impossible? Who did you become?

Let yourself GO there.

When you’re finished, close your journal or seal the letter in an envelope and write:

OPEN ON 8/8/27.

✨ PART THREE: YOUR EIGHT DECLARATIONS

Look back through everything you just wrote and choose eight declarations for 8/8.

These are the eight things you are standing firm in and declaring over the next 12 months.

Take them outside.

Put your feet on the ground if you can.

And read every single one OUT LOUD.

When you’re finished, remind yourself:

I am available for this life. I trust myself to recognize what is meant for me. I trust myself to move when it’s time to move. And I trust myself to become the woman capable of holding everything I’m asking for.

And then go live your life. ❤️

✨ PART FOUR: BEFORE YOU GO TO BED ON 8/8

Come back to your journal one final time and answer:

“The first move I make toward this life is __________.”

Then let the ritual do it's work. 🤗💃🏻
