Growth Mindset Dental Consultants began as an idea when an oral systemic clinical dental team comprised of a dental assistant, Kary Helmer, and a hygienist, Shira Newman noticed that there is a fine art to implementing oral systemic health into a dental practice and creating a profitable, cohesive dental team.

Incorporating new processes and procedures can be a daunting task if done incorrectly. We take the guesswork out of what works. After years of practicing in successful oral systemic dental offices, we know the secrets to success, and the smoothest means to transition your team and office to practice oral systemic health.

Far too often, dental offices are not set up for growth and success, and the dental team does not have the tools and resources needed to achieve their highest potential. At Growth Mindset Dental Consultants, our approach is multifaceted and all encompassing. We create a work environment that caters to every team member from front office, assistants, hygienists and doctors while impassioning the team about oral systemic health, and the individual goal for each practice.

As a team, we live and breathe oral systemic health, holistic (biological) dentistry and team development.

Prior discovering her passion for self-storage investing, Masha did residential real estate sales, flipped houses, managed Airbnb properties and pursued wholesaling. However, she knew that commercial real estate investing has so much more potential for scalability and growth.

Her career path had shifted as soon as she discovered self-storage investing. The more she learned about it, the more it attracted her. Masha strongly believes that self-storage has many advantages over other asset classes.

Investors love it due to high returns and lower risks. Lenders love it because of the default rates to be the lowest and the recession resiliency of this asset class. Owners love it due to ancillary income opportunities, flexible lease terms and sticky tenants. Masha loves it because of incredible opportunities in value-adds and remote management.
