Last night, Tessa’s hair started falling out by the handfuls. It was traumatizing at first but then she decided to take control of the situation. She brushed and pulled out huge sections and then got the scissors and cut it very short. She then asked Rich to get his clippers and shave it off.Narrated by Sully... from Tessa's Mom, Michelle.

SURPRISE DIAGNOSIS, on May 27, 2021.
The x-ray from that day showed a consolidation in the lower right side preventing her from taking a full breath.
That is where this horrible journey began.

December 7, 2022 update on Tessa's fight against Cancer.
Narrated by Sully... from Tessa's Mom, Michelle.
High fevers were constant and spiked at 104.4 degrees.
The doctor told me that since she didn’t have an obvious infection, it was likely disease progression (tumor spread) causing the fevers.
She said that her spleen was enlarged and showed legions (again near panic hearing that) but she suspected that these were from a fungal infection.
They had also done a sonogram of her spleen on Monday, and it confirmed that she has several lesions that could be infection or worst case could be tumors.
