Welcome to the show! We're two neurodivergent trans folks who are here to talk about the unique experiences of being both queer and disabled. We're real, we're tired, and we're doing our best to navigate the world as best we can. We work together at a local disability center and we want to use this platform to share our perspectives and connect with others who may be going through similar struggles. Join us as we dive into the intersectionality of being LGBTQIA+ and disabled."
Hello! Welcome to the chaos of our pilot episode of Queer and Disabled, where we talk about our disabilities, identities, and stories of who we are related to this intersectionality. This pilot episode reveals who we are as people in more ways than one, although in this chaos there is some sound difficulty that could not be edited out. However, we think this adds character and spice to this new podcast journey for all of us.
Navigate with us through our journey talking about being disabled, neurodivergent, talking about trauma, and interviewing other folx who are also queer and disabled. Who knows where this will go, and we hope you learn, laugh, and ponder life and solutions with us.
