Hey all! It's Leigh Ann. I am begging you to listen to this week's episode. It's that significant. We have all seen how toxic social media can be, and how that toxicity can spill over into every day life. Have you ever considered quitting social media all together because of the heinous stuff you see? Has someone's online activity ever changed the way you feel about them in real life?
A few months ago I was grappling with something pretty horrific that happened online. I wanted a way to change my online space, and to help make social media more positive for everyone.
One day I did something that took less than 30 seconds, and it not only changed my entire day that day, but it made a huge difference to someone else in my life. I realized then that if I just did this 30 second exercise every day, that I could make a difference for the people that are in my space. I had no idea how much it would bless me in return.
I would be so honored if you would listen in and maybe take on this daily habit for yourself as well. I just know that we can make a big difference in the world if we all do =)

She went on to be a top producer in her company, and now teaches others to do the same. Katy is a big proponent of being a healthy CEO, and keeping your priorities intact as you grow a business.
