I share my experience around feeling drained during and after the holidays, drop some tips to help break that cycle and give you a different look on the importance of boundaries. If you are struggling on knowing how to apply boundaries, then this episode is for you. You are not alone; we all have struggled with knowing the right balance of our boundaries and when to apply them.
Remember you can not pour into others when your cup is empty. Being self-full does not make you selfish. It gives you the best experience in life when you are always being your true self. It even gives others a chance to experience you at your most natural state. When we sacrifice our well-being at any level (mentally, physically and/or spiritually) we are robbing ourselves and others of the chance to experience our most powerful, beautiful life force.
