-In this podcast, we are sharing the powerful story of Hira Sohail and her journey with bullying. Hira experienced bullying during her school years and, unfortunately, also faced bullying in her professional life.
Hira's story is one of resilience and determination. Despite the challenges and setbacks she faced, she refused to let bullying defeat her. Through hard work and perseverance, she was able to overcome the negativity and find success in both her personal and professional life.
Hira's story is a reminder that we are all stronger than we think and that we can overcome even the most difficult of challenges. We hope that Hira's story will inspire others who may be facing similar struggles and remind them that they are not alone.
We as a society need to identify and prevent bullying from taking charge of our schools and workplaces. By enabling a bully, we become part of the problem. We need to stand up against the bully to shut it down, once and for all.

Pakistan is facing significant challenges due to the impacts of climate change.
The country is vulnerable to extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, and heat waves, which have had devastating consequences for its people and economy.
Rising temperatures and changing rainfall patterns also affect agriculture, a critical sector in Pakistan.
In addition, the country is grappling with water scarcity, which is likely to become more severe as the population grows and the demand for water increases.
To address these challenges, Pakistan must take urgent action to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to the impacts of climate change.
This can include adopting clean energy technologies, conserving water resources, and implementing more resilient infrastructure.
By taking these steps, Pakistan can build a more sustainable and secure future for its citizens.

We're often confused about what we need to do in life. We want it to be so rigorously planned that we make no mistakes. Yet, you often find yourselves in industries that you never imagined yourself to be in. This podcast is all about embracing the chaos and finding your opportunity amongst it. Usually, we have all the skills needed to succeed. All you really need is a push.
►About the guest Sameed is the founder of EcoPak, Pakistan’s first and premier eco-friendly food packaging company. After leaving a corporate job in 2018, Sameed ventured into the disposable packaging industry. He saw that most of the disposables sold in Pakistan are made from low-quality plastic, which has a lethal carbon footprint and leeches harmful chemicals into food, poisoning your food. He decided to fight this two-fold problem by introducing plant-based disposables that are safe for food and can be composted after use. EcoPak began with one product and one client, and now serves 60+ restaurants, 1000+ home chefs, various institutions, and wholesalers all across Pakistan.

DriveLu is a social enterprise that provides accessible, affordable, and reliable transportation for people in urban areas. Pakistan is one of the most densely populated countries in the world, and its urban transport system is struggling to keep up. DriveLu is a solution to this problem, and I'm excited to see how it can help improve life in Pakistan's cities! Pakistan is in desperate need of social entrepreneurship. Making businesses that not only benefit the owners and employees but also society as a whole, is the need of the hour. Mughira is trying to do just that. His ride-sharing app, DriveLu, tries to serve rides that are cheaper than Uber and more comfortable than local wagons and buses. His start-up already has 10,000 users based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and he aims to grow his business WITHOUT investment for as long as he can. His ideas are different, based on trust and above all, the well-being of both the driver and the ride-hailer.
