Have you ever found yourself in a sticky situation, where once you realized the stickiness of it, you stayed with it instead of trying to rectify the situation? No? That’s okay, I’m fine with being the honest one in this conversation!
Those of us who work in education have probably at some point said "It's OK I'll use my teacher voice", but what we probably don't realise is how this impacts those around us. When we speak louder, our voice becomes less clear, and in addition, our mouths become harder to read. In a large space this is also totally impractical.
How are the holidays treating you? It’s officially that time between Christmas and New Years where you are either vegging out, or running around with your head cut off… I’m doing a bit of both, if I’m honest with you. But, today was more about vegging… I treated myself to a massage...
