Welcome to the VO2 Lounge podcast. In this episode, I will be talking about the most time-effective way of going about your gym/strength/hypertrophic training plan. Strength training increases muscular strength, induces hypertrophy, and provides numerous other positive health benefits, including improved functional ability, cardio-metabolic risk profile and general well-being.
