As a first generation Egyptian-American and a former attorney, Christie’s work explores the interplay between language, culture, and identity… and the legal implications of slipping on banana peels.
She has performed in dozens of venues, including The Laugh Factory (Hollywood), The Hollywood Improv, and Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank.
Christie portrayed the role of Queen Nefertiti in the newest installment of Disney’s Night at the Museum franchise. In 2023, she will voice various characters in an upcoming Marvel anthology series (to be announced soon by Disney+).

Jackie Dallas was born into a family of physicians.
And so as to not break the generational trend, she continued the same medical journey.
She started out in a surgery training program and then switched to Pathology for Residency.
But something didn't feel right.

In this episode, Ash T speaks with his very funny friend, Vaneza Pitynski, who you might know from a TV show from the early 2000’s called “The Brothers Garcia” on Nickelodeon where she played the dramatic sister, Lorena.
She had incredible early success as an actress in her childhood. Her parents made sure she still got a great education, and Vaneza welcomed the stability.
She took a break from acting and became a highly sought after digital product manager at Interscope Records and then went on to run the digital department at BMG in the US.
But the acting bug came back to bite her two decades later, when the creator asked her to join the reboot called “The Garcias”.

Brandon started out in musical theater at a young age but eventually became a software engineer instead of pursuing acting full-time.
But all of that acting training later paid off. He steadily got into voiceover acting and before he knew it, was able to drop his engineering job and pursue his creative career full-time.

Shawn would eventually go on to become a brain surgeon.
But he dropped out of residency to chase a bigger dream—a cure for glioblastoma (brain cancer).

Jessica Nielson knew she wanted to be an actress at a really young age. But, like many of us, life happened. Corporate work in phone sales was introduced to her and she took that safe and stable 9-5 route.
For 11 years.
But, she eventually reached her breaking point. Her fight and flight response took over, and she had to leave the job for her own mental health.
