This beautiful home built more than 100 years ago on what was then the beach in Biloxi, MS is available as a vacation rental with it's four bedrooms that accommodate up to 10. Over the years improvements have been made to the beach and now the house is sitting high on the North side of Beach Blvd overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
There are three balconies, two are enclosed, and a very large porch where you and your party can relax and take in the sea views. Watch people, boats, and more. Can't afford a big formal wedding with all of this inflation? Have a beach wedding. You can organize a beautiful beach wedding at Christie's, Blue Wave property. The house built at the beginning of the last century is beautifully decorated in a beach theme.
The yard is nearly 1/2 acre and is perfect for setting up tents for guests. Our large concrete pad is perfect for dancing. There are several options. Host the wedding party at the house then walk to the beach for your wedding. After the wedding, back to the Blue Wave for the reception.
The hosts for the wedding can prepare food in our kitchen saving on catering. The property sleeps up to 10 however we have other properties just down the street. We can accommodate a large party if all properties are booked at one time.
There is a total of 10 queen beds that can sleep up to 20 people. 8 full-sized beds sleep another 16, 9 twin beds, and 4 queen sleepers that will accommodate another 8 people. A total of 53 people can be accommodated. It is important to book early to tie up more than one property.
The closest beach to Christies is in front of the property and offers a pergola and fire pit. This location is the most popular on the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast. We can help you obtain a permit for the fire pit if necessary. One of the best features of our white sand beaches is that they are open 24/7 permitting guests to go there in the evening.

There are so many restaurants on the Mississippi Gulf Coast where do I start? Simple, try eating at one of our beach restaurants. Some visitors have just a couple of days to experience all the Coast has to offer. Try one of the many restaurants that are located on the beach.
These restaurants offer views of the water, boats, and marinas. You have many choices from Ocean Springs to Bay St. Louis. Most are easy to spot, they are built high because of storms. They are hard to miss when driving along U.S. 90. The good thing is that all of these restaurants have good food.
They all have full bars and some have entertainment at various times. Shaggy's is the most popular in Biloxi in part due to its very large seating and bar area. The Blind Tiger near Harrah's casino in Biloxi is another popular spot. Marina Cantina just opened on Old Fort Bayou in Ocean Springs just of U.S. 90. This restaurant has a great bayou view.
Drive a bit further West and arrive at Felix's which is high on the Northside of U.S. 90 in Gulfport. If you visit any of the marinas in Long Beach, Pass Christian, or Bay St. Louis you will find plenty of restaurants on the water to choose from.
When I arrived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I was surprised to find that during the hottest summer nights, marshmallows were roasting. People just love sitting around our firepits, drinking beer, and roasting food. It's a favorite pastime for most of our guests.
Several of our properties have large fire pits with chairs so guests can converse. You can talk about the big fish that got away or that sunburn from the beach. The point is that people like sitting around the fire. They use the fire pits year around.

Cool breezy beautiful views of Biloxi Beach from your front porch. The main property is a historic Beach House built in the early 1900s. This suite known as "The Breeze" will take you to a place known as total relaxation. If you are in the mood for fun, 100 ft away you are in the sand. You are a walk away from paddle boarding, bike riding, casinos, restaurants, shops, great food, minor league baseball, and museums. Come enjoy the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a hidden gem for vacationers.
This suite includes two queen-sized beds that will accommodate up to four individuals. The suite has an original fireplace (which does not operate) and a bathroom. When you were looking for properties, did you look at ratings? Ever wonder why properties do not all have 5-star ratings on average? This is because perhaps as few as one in 100 guests thought something was not up to their standards. Perhaps the water at the beach was too cold.
Ratings of less than 5 stars should be the result of something that the host has failed to do starting with an accurate description of the property. If you arrived and found the sink dripping you should the host immediately not as you are leaving. Allow the host to fix the issue.
Unfortunately, some try to beat the managers out of earned income. The maker claims that are false when they are leaving or have left. Some may be telling the truth e.g. the leaking sink but did not allow the host to fix it at the beginning of the stay and expect to be compensated. Property managers are fully aware of these bad actors and will take appropriate action to protect their properties. It's a shame that this must be discussed in this forum.

Welcome to Beach View Suites located on the beach in beautiful Biloxi, MS, part of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. These suites are perfectly positioned in the heart of Biloxi. Big events such as Cruisin’ the Coast and the Mardi Gras parades pass through the front yard of this beachfront property. Sitting along the shores of Mississippi’s Gulf Coast, the city of Biloxi has been a favorite vacation destination for decades, with sandy beaches and calm waters perfect for jet skiing or deep-sea fishing. Since the pandemic, Biloxi is bouncing back. The casinos and resorts are back in action, offering championship golf and live entertainment. There are over 46 places to eat and over 20 attractions to visit within a mile of this property and they are open and ready for business.
This gorgeous property has historic significance, and it has served as a home for important Biloxi residents. It was built in 1908 by Patrick Kennedy, then purchased in 1920 by Lawrence Fabacher, the owner of New Orleans Jackson Brewing Company, who, in turn, added more to the living space. In 2009, the top floor was renovated and the property served as a bed and breakfast for a short time.

The current owners who recently purchased the property have just completed another major renovation to convert the property to six fully contained units. These beautiful suites have been modernized and upgraded while retaining their historic charm.
The grounds are beautiful, and all units have a view of the beach. The property is located on Beach Blvd (U.S. 90). Simply cross the street and you are on the sand. Two doors away are the Biloxi Visitors Center where you can learn about the area.
The Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casinos are a few minute’s walks from your vacation home. If there is a baseball game at MGM Park, home of a Double-A Minor League Baseball Team during your stay, you can just walk to the stadium, no parking issues.
Restaurants are within walking distance inside and outside of the casinos. You are literally in downtown Biloxi
Your fishing trip and family vacation headquarters. Bayou Bungalow is located on a finger of the Pascagoula River rising and lowering with the tide. Bring the family, there are sleeping accommodations for about 8 persons. The entire house and property are yours. This three-story country cottage has two decks for your pleasure, one on the lower floor and one on the top floor. Each deck comes with a bbq. The large yard is perfect for lawn games. Spend time at the fire pit. Sit by the water and watch the birds. We understand that the fishing is great.
Fish from the back yard or walk to the marina where you can buy bait and fish from the pier. There is a boat launch at the marina along with supplies.
You may catch a view of one of the bald eagles that inhabit the wetlands area along with several varieties of very large birds.
This house has a rustic appeal located in a semi-rural neighborhood close to the beaches, shopping, and casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. There are 3 sleeping areas and two bathrooms equipped with showers. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room while making you feel at home. Live oaks, magnolias, and other trees surround the property. If you love to canoe or kayak, you can start on this property and go through the bayous into the main river channel out to the Gulf of Mexico.
A short 20-mile drive will take you to beautiful Ocean Springs Front Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. A few miles further and you arrive at casinos in Biloxi. Check out our activities page in this blog for things to do.
You will love our townhome. Not only will it sleep your entire large group but one of the best restaurants on the coast is just across the street featuring New Orleans cooking and cocktails on the veranda. Our keyless entry will help large parties since there is no need for a key. Enter on the equivalent of a second-floor (this property is close to the beach is elevated).
Our large deck overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Enter into the living room with seating around a large flat screen tv. A private bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and furniture plus a walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a bath with guests. The second floor contains two bedrooms each with two full/double beds and a shared bathroom with a large spa tub.
Tucked away in one of the rooms is a twin xl bed in its cubby. The sofa sleeper in the living room is perfect for two. In total, our townhome will sleep up to 13.

Our charming mid-century three-bedroom cottage located a short walk to the beach is perfect for 8 guests. The house is all yours during your stay. The yard is completely fenced and gated, a safe place for your children to play. This property has just been put into service (Jan 2021) after undergoing a substantial renovation. The furnishings are all new including kitchen implements. Be one of the first to sleep on our comfortable beds.
You may use our beach cart to transport your towels and toys to the beach. Your children can play in our sandbox or try a game of horseshoes or bag toss.
