Today we are talking about boundaries, specifically for the holidays.
A great way to care for yourself is to create boundaries to protect your peace!
Boundaries might feel cold, selfish, rigid etc but they aren’t!
When you create, state and maintain your boundaries you teach other people how you will be treated.
As a friendly reminder, your boundaries are about you. We can’t control anyone’s behavior but our own.
So boundaries are always related to you, your actions and what you will accept.
Listen now for some boundaries to consider during the holiday season.
You don't want to miss out on the gems that Bri drops in this episode!
