In this part 2 conversation, I once again sit down with Kyle Strickland, Senior Legal Analyst for The Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity at The Ohio State University and Deputy Director at The Roosevelt Institute. We do a deep and explorative dive into the systematic look of racism, and how really learning about the ugly, sad and horrible historical events of the past can help shape our country's future, so we do not repeat the same mistakes. We also touch on social media, law enforcement accountability, and how to navigate conversations with others on these topics, while sharing resources on how one can help.

Before we do a deep dive into that topic, we learn of Kyle's education journey and his takeaways from attending The Ohio State University and Harvard Law School.
