Vicky Virtuoso Was born in Konstanz, Germany to Italian parents. Between the ages of 10 and 16.
Vicky excelled and Track and Field and has not stopped running since. When Vicky turned 20, She left home to travel the world. On Her way to Asia, She fell in love with Los Angeles but spent three years adventuring in the Far East from a home base in Thailand.
In 2003, Vicky returned to Los Angeles and broke into the motion picture industry as a production assistant. During the next eight years, She worked as an assistant location manager, wardrobe assistant, location site representative and international liaison.
In 2012, Vicky became a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and opened a small studio in Silverlake. In 2015, She then moved to her current studio in Venice. Vicky is A certified in reiki 1 &2 and speak English, German and Italian fluently .
Vicky believes they don’t call it “the core” for nothing. Vicky say's My goal is to teach my clients how to stay flexible on and off the Reformer. I believe in staying healthy and aging gracefully with a flexible mind and body. Having a flat stomach should not be the goal, but it is a bonus that will happen naturally in good time with the discipline and healthy nutrition that I love to encourage in my clients.

Known for her dynamic performances and infectious energy, divaDanielle started her career after catching a record that Darren Emerson of Underworld threw into the crowd in 2003. With a fierce desire to promote women in music alongside an affinity for unicorns, Danielle trail-blazed her way through the California music scene with her self-dubbed brand, ‘Music 4 Unicorns.’ She has been featured on InStereo Recordings, WyldCard Records, Fort Knox Recordings, and WulfPack with forthcoming releases on Up All Night Records and Late Night Munchies. She has played on stages at Coachella, Northern Nights, Lightning in a Bottle, and more.
On top of her successful career in the dance music industry, Danielle is certified in Mindfulness from LACC. She has certifications in Mindful Communication and Difficult Emotions from Mindful Schools. She has received Reiki I and II transmissions and studies Eastern View and Holistic Healing. She was a founding member of the nonprofit, Worthy Beyond Purpose, which is dedicated to bringing mindfulness and meditation into schools. She volunteered and taught mindfulness and meditation in elementary schools across Los Angeles as well as led meditations for Hallowed Ground in Venice Beach, the American Association of Gynecologists, AstraZeneca, multiple sober living facilities and retreats in Joshua Tree and Jamaica.
Currently, she is based out of Oakland, CA
