Joyce and her husband James own the studio. Mary Beth has been teaching at Modern Yoga since (almost) the very beginning. The community around this little studio is pretty unique. People really like each other and tend to hang out together often. Modern Yoga has a book club, softball teams, and bowling teams among other off-the-mat activities.
