What's up everybody! Long awaited return and first episode of 2022! Had the pleasure of having Mr. Paul Cline in the studio a few weeks back and dove into some great conversation about adapting to life here in Hawaii although, having not been born here. Also, got some advice on handling the adversity that presents itself in life and how to work through the tough times. What's up everybody! Did something quite different with this one. Got into the lab and hit the mic solo. Just jumped back into reading the book The Laws of Human Nature by Robert Greene and thought I'd share an excerpt that we could all find valuable in our everyday lives. Sorry if this one sounds like I'm talking in circles, but it was more of a brain dump where I give you an inside look into what I thought on the subject of detaching from your emotions. A lot of what you hear is just a regurgitation of information I've been exposed to. The goal here is to offer a different perspective for those who have not been exposed to these thoughts quite yet.
