Relationships, we need them we're hardwired to want them yet we all have challenges with them. This episode identifies things you and those you care about could be doing to inadvertently sabotage them.
I'm talking about defence mechanisms. This episode has an overview of some of the most common ones as well as examples. It's not an exhaustive list but it is a good place to start.
Remember healthy relationships begin with you. Take a listen see which one(s) pertain to you and those closest to you. You don't have to accept the way they are but we all have to do the work to become more self aware to create the relationships we really want and deserve.
Feel free to contact me at info@reneeledford.com for the defence mechanism resource.

In this episode we talk about best practices on how to navigate through those emotions. How you can support yourself and how to get the support you need.
