All busy leaders are challenged with how best to invest their precious time capacity, and navigate through what can be a busy and chaotic environment. . But through awareness, good habits, and persistence you can refocus yourself and make sure your leadership capital is being invested the important fundamentals that will help you be the best leader you can be.
