This book focus is on Metabolic Freedom by Ben Azadi. There are integrated thoughts from other sources such as Dr Jasun Fung's books, The Obestity Code (the book I mention about the power of sugar) and Diabetes Code. As well as some of the insights and information i take in from talking to people, listening to podcast, social media insights and synthesizing information.

Love & Hip Hop. It sounds like I am going to discuss the cultural classic movie by that name, but not. Love & Hip Hop, could it be a nod to Erykah and Common's collab, maybe somewhat. Possibly hints of Brown Sugar, however what was before and after like the Alpha and Omega of Brown Sugar.. Lyrics in Hip Hop often show Love, and some Hip Hop artists approach it directly with metaphors. In the spirit of the Olympics, let's celebrate the Gold winner in this domain.
