This weekend ripped my wide open and made my soul feel alive, my purpose become clearer and my heart feel so loved. If you ever feel called to attend a women's festival - do it. You will never be the same afterwards. It changed me.
In this episode, I hold the space for Claudia to share her absolutely BEAUTIFUL birth story. With this series, I hope to show other women that you can have the birth you desire... and what better way to do that than to have women come onto this platform who have freaking done just that.
Claudia had an unmedicated and natural birth inside the "birthing centre" of her hospital. She had a team who trusted birth, and it shows within her story.

On my birthday, November 30th 2022, I welcomed into my life my sweet baby. My birth story definitely comes in two parts - the light and the dark. This is the light of my story, the birth that went incredibly smoothly and is everything that I could have asked for. I wanted to split this up into two parts as a way to process everything that I went through - the empowerment along with the trauma. My birth is a story of true dualism and is all a part of my healing journey.
