Equity is important in a good society. We can all afford to be more equitable towards one another and especially now. In this episode I learn from a mistake I made in Episode 9: White Privilege and Preventative Maintenance and it is a great lesson in my own white privilege. I hope this episode opens up a discussion about the importance of equitable practices.

White privilege is not your fault. Your struggles are valid just like everyone else's struggles. However, it takes compassion to put someone else's struggles before your own. By offering compassion to those in need we can perform preventative maintenance on our society and create an equitable society. Understanding white privilege is the compassionate way to reflect on our own biases and the biases built into every system.

This is a difficult subject to speak about because it only increases in complexity. I am not here to condemn anyone's thoughts on the matter but I am hoping to be a positive influence on how you view what racism is and where it comes from. Reflection is one of the most important skills we can learn in life and using it to combat racism is extremely important so that over time we can reduce the gap between our subjective moral ethical values. White privilege is real but it doesn't have to be so long as we all work together to make the world more equitable for everyone.

Hello everyone! In this episode I lay the foundation for a discussion on some brave topics by defining subjective and objective moral ethicality. These two ethicalities work together to define how we all see right and wrong but they can change. It is very important that we reflect on our current subjective moral ethicality so that we can mesh with the objective truths that define our society. I hope you will all find this type of reflection as a way to improve communication with others that you may not agree with. Take care!

As Kamala Khan says "Good is not a thing you are, It's a thing you do"... Remember, practicing the skills we have learned and applying them to our goals will create repetition. As you improve these new skills you will create traction and eventually motion. We can now push our wheel up the bell curve in a controlled manner and achieve our goals one after the other until we reach our main goal. Don't let complacency tear you away from your goals! fight complacency by creating an environment where you and others can succeed.

This episode is about motivation and how to step outside of the box that confines you. I believe we are all bound by many things in our lives and it's time to break free of that box! You will achieve your goals and grow so long as you recognize what motivates you. Don't focus on demotivators and negativity. Remember that your potential is boundless so long as you are not defined by some silly old box.

In this episode I discussed giving yourself time and preparation before you tackle your first goal. This planning period is also known as foresight. You will be able to compile information and experience that will help you achieve each goal on your bell curve. You will continue to gain the foresight you need to accomplish your next goal. Ultimately you will end up at your main goal improving your foresight for this specific bell curve. Visualize your goal and write in down on paper to help you keep your place on the bell curve!
