I think if there is one thing we all know will occur in life is that seasons will shift. Funny, a life of shifts podcast is all about the changes that happen expected or not. However, with seasons, we can always bank on a change coming. The question is how will you evolve from that? You may have a season you prefer over another but we don't get to dictate what we will face in that season. My encouragement is let that season take you through and Up!

How open are you to change? It is crazy but we are living in a time where we have to be open to change. So many things are trying to keep us stuck and not evolve into who we are purposed to be. You have so much to offer the world but it will only come forth by change. Check it out.
