Part of our jobs as Christian business leaders is to love and serve our employees well, even when it’s in transition. Our goal is to teach, train, and send out. The sending out isn’t always fun, but when we submit to God and walk through the process well, the benefit outweighs the growing pains.

Justin Bright is a great leader, and although John thought he might be the future COO of the homebuilding company, God led Justin to step out and start a new company. God has used Justin’s character and experience to continue His work in the Dallas region.

All that we have belongs to God: our finances, but also our gifts, talents, and relationships. Stewardship is managing someone else’s estate. If this includes how we use our skills and build our teams, we must submit all our plans to God. We’ve found God is the best team builder when we allow Him to be. Join us as we hear Terry’s story of how he became a part of the JH Family of Companies and how God has continued to provide in many ways – including miraculous provision for Terry’s son.
