Once upon a time, these podcast episodes were about my life. Now that you've discovered them, they've become about yours.
Thriving as a woman in today's world is complex. It sometimes requires more courage, resilience, and self-trust than it feels like we have. This is why so many women struggle with achieving their fullest potential. Lately, I've been thinking a lot about how we as women can have it all — joy, love, money...
The conscious and subconscious expectations of perfection that we experience from a young age shape who we become. We ultimately fear disappointing ourselves and, therefore, others. Our biggest and most significant fear is not failure; it is the feeling of disappointment.
My soul needed to have the conversations you listen to on these podcast episodes. They were once about me, but now they are about you.
When a woman becomes her best, most fully expressed version of herself, she reaches her fullest potential. I talk about my fears of never reaching my fullest potential. This journey requires us to open ourselves up to create our own wealth, surround ourselves with deep eternal love, and find comfort knowing that this is evolution and growth over a lifetime. There will always still be enough time to become our best selves. The change we desire can happen 'now,' and we have the personal power to control when 'now' is.
These episodes are the ongoing story about us coming into our own and coming alive as imperfect women.
You've given me the courage to keep growing and evolving over my lifetime. I've learned that we choose who we want to be in this life.
We choose to trust ourselves. Our past missteps do not define our future. We choose to forgive ourselves and those around us so we can free our energy to grow.
From one of the most imperfect women you know...
