In this episode, Renada challenges all of us - to be intentional about the weights we carry, as she shares her own journey of self-love, self-worth and self-work to empower us to live out our values and find our true power.
In this episode we'll talk about wearing weight. Wearing weight is taking on burdens that don't belong to us in order to prove our existence and validate our worth. This often leads to feeling exhausted, resentful, and like our presence is not powerful or meaningful. To prevent this, it's important to be intentional about the weights we carry, set boundaries, and recognize our limitations. We have the power to choose how much weight we carry, and we should be sure to give ourselves as much time and attention as we give to others.
"Letting go of the things that are weighing you down doesn't make you weak. When you give something up that's not you capitulating to life and saying, I'm not as strong as I thought I was. That's you recognizing that you deserve as much time for you as you give to others."
In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. What is the meaning of "wearing weight"?
2. How does stress take a toll on the body?
3. How can boundaries help us avoid burdening ourselves?

Today we’re talking about timing. Specifically, we’re talking about how do we recognize and respond to the places and positions that we come into or hope to come into? What is the Lord’s timing and how does it work? Timing- is how we measure moments and understand our journey. Time helps us to recognize our evolution and see the evidence of fruit and moving of the Lord God.
Truth to have and hold about time:
Time tells our story
Time reveals the Lord's purpose
Time honors truth

Today we’re talking about choosing life. How can we get to the space and place where we choose ourselves? What does it look like to recognize and accept the goodness we deserve to live in light and truth?
Choosing life means you remember that:
You have options, there is always a better choice
Don’t sit or settle where you don’t shine
Your worth is more than a moment, nothing lasts forever
If you were blessed by what you heard, share the goodness. Let's connect at https://www.loveworthwork.com
Today we’re talking about being present. How do we get to the space of making our moments matter? Or more specifically how do we honor ourselves in the moments we’re given? How often during the day you find yourself immersed in the moment and allowing yourself to fully enjoy what you are doing, whether its a task, converstaion or being in a space? Live in the moment…what does that mean or look like?

Today we’re talking about taking up space. How do we give ourselves the permission and opportunity to stand in the places carved out for us to be seen and hear? How do we get to the space of knowing that our voice is valuable and our presence is powerful?

Today we’re talking about protecting our peace. How do we give ourselves the space and tools to remain in peace and at peace no matter what is happening around us, and pursue peace within us? Peace is a by product of our position and purpose. There are 3 universal truths that help us to understand true peace:
Other peoples energy shouldn’t be your reality
Your vision for yourself guides your energy
The peace you hold is your power

Today we’re talking about cycles. And no matter what you call it generational curses, cycles, or passing down trauma the reality is that when we don’t address and learn from the past we are destined to repeat it. How do we get out of the cycles and loops that keep us from moving forward in goodness and truth?
We all have some form of dysfunction we’ve witnessed or experienced. Situations that leave a lasting impression are supposed to teach us a truth that we are supposed to have and hold. When we don’t learn from the experience it’s easy to become subject to a mode of operation or frame of thinking that can prevent us from applying the lesson to walk in power and purpose.

Today we’re talking about forgiveness. How do we get to the space of forgiving ourselves and others so we can be whole?
There will be a moment or moments where someone does or says something that inflicts a hurt, strikes a nerve and causes a harm that may even change how we may see ourselves. This a fact of life. But, as true as that fact may be, the fact also exists that forgiveness is both a gift and a choice so that you can be whole. Unforgiveness is a thief, it will steal your joy, peace, goodness, contentment, vision, and wholeness.

Today we’re talking about evolution, specifically self evolution. How and why is the process of evolution necessary to our journey and seeing our own worth and value?
Without evolution and adaptation nothing would exist. Think about it, the phone you use, car you drive or even the food we eat is a result of the evolution process, and without it life would be completely different. Each of us are a reflection of the process of evolution. Every day we each experience new things that leave us different and changed as we enter into tomorrow with that newness. The trouble we often have as humans is giving ourselves the space to acknowledge, honor and grow through the evolution process.

Today we’re talking about showing up for ourselves, or another way to think of it is giving ourselves a chance. How do we honor ourselves and shine by making the most of each opportunity everyday, so we see and receive our wins?
You were made to win. You were made to win. You were made to win! Winning looks different for everyone. No matter how you interpret winning it all comes from the same root; a win is anytime we respond to the situations we face with action so we end better than we began, and gain something advantageous that reflects an improved state of being.
Today we’re talking about mind fullness. How do we get to the space of freeing our minds and letting go of the thoughts that cloud our vision, hope and peace, so what we think and what we do align with truth, and position us to receive the goodness we deserve?
Have you ever had a train of thought that took a sharp turn in a direction you didn’t expect? Or have you ever traced a thought to it’s source? Our thoughts have an interesting way of moving our motivation and intentions.

Today we’re talking about J-O-Y. How do we get and keep J-O-Y? And, what it really means.
J-O-Y is an acronym I learned from a real trying season last year and it means Just Own You. We each have some idea or desire for ourselves of what Joy is. How it should look, feel or what it should be for us. Every season in life requires something new from us, and when we choose to JOY we give ourselves the grace and space to be free from the stress and struggle of trying to be and do all the things.
Today we’re talking about self advocacy. How do you use your own words, thoughts and actions to be good to yourself and others in a way that is right and honorable?
Advocating for yourself happens anytime you intentionally decide that what you need is deserving of your best time and energy. Supporting and promoting the good that guides you is self advocacy. When we are willing and ready to believe that we are deserving of something we’ve set our sights or heart on, self advocacy becomes central to how we get there. Why? What does self advocating really look like?
Today we’re talking about trauma and trauma based decision making. What happens when we allow the trauma of the past to be the basis for how we stand and respond in the now.
We have all experienced some form of trauma. Trauma is so easy to hold and embody. Trauma holds you hostage in time and it makes a moment last for a lifetime when it goes unaddressed. People define trauma all kinds of ways but most simply trauma is a severe mental or emotional stress or physical injury. I’ve come to recognize that trauma is fiercest fueled by the emotions we associate with what we’ve experienced. One amazing truth is that Yah understands and even desires to free us from the burden of bearing trauma and has even established an entire process for us to go through for wholeness and healing.
Whether you are the victim or perpetrator of trauma there is usually some guilt, shame or anger that we hold around the situation. Letting those feelings linger and stake a claim in our heart or mind creates all kinds of chaos in our lives and manifests in self harming or destructive modes of operation and decision making.
Today we’re talking about building boundaries. And even a step further how Heaven demands we set boundaries for our own good.
When you look back over situations in your life do you ever say if I knew then what I know I would’ve done a,b or c differently? I've been there too, but I learned about 2 years into marriage that regret is our internal identifier of lacking or improper boundaries. What?! I know that’s a weird statement and understanding to hold! Every decision, encounter or situation is a moment to either set or reinforce a boundary- How? Great question join me as we get into and work for ourselves so that starting today we build boundaries that bless us.
How do you get to the space of being your most authentic self and honoring the truth of who you are? It isn't easy but let's talk about it. Join me as we talk about self truthing and the beauty of freeing yourself to be yourself to live in the wonder of all you are. We'll get into self love, self worth and the self work of self truthing.
