In this episode I get to interview the lovely Ariana Watling (@ariana_on_the_bench) who is a jewellery designer and business owner from Lacock! Ariana opens up to me about her experience with being raped at the age of 16 and her previous abusive relationship and we talk about the effect this had on her mental health. We also talk about how Ariana managed to turn this dark time in her life into a positive with starting her jewellery business and turning it into a successful business that is growing fast!
