This reflection discusses how we have a choice in how we view challenges and adversity in our lives. We can choose to see ourselves as victims of our circumstances, staying stuck in negativity, or we can choose to be victors who rise above and use difficulties as opportunities to develop strengths. The speaker encourages cultivating a victor mindset like the lotus flower that blossoms beautifully despite growing in mud.

This meditation was recorded live and includes singing as well as some background sounds. This is an invitation to include all of the elements into your meditative experience.
This is a guided meditation to suport you in being with your feelings. During times of intensity it's important to remember that you are not your feelings. The more you practice staying with your feelings and using your breath to ground yourself into the present moment, the sooner the feelings can share the message they have to share with you then move on. Enjoy!
Our lives call for us to be brave.
We are often stepping into unknown spaces and so often are thrust into them unexpectedly.
I created this affirmation for myself as a reminder to be brave when I encountered some sudden changes in my life. I wanted to remember that I have been through difficult things before and I have always made it through them. Sometimes, we just need to be reminded of that. Sometimes, we just need to gather our bearings and find the courage to keep going. I share these reminders with you now. Enjoy!
Shine your bright light is a reminder to share your beautiful self from a place of love and acceptance for yourself. You can imagine that the words are being spoken from your Highest Self to you. Let the words sink into your heart. Let the words fill you up and remind you how amazing you are. We all need reminders from time to time. Perhaps this is your time. I love you!
This guided meditation invites you to embrace happiness as a state of being. It's not a destination, but a way of living. A way to find peace and joy and ease amidst all of life's challenges and discomforts.
Please note that as this meditation was recorded Live, there may be some slight distorition in the sound. Perhaps you can choose to include it as part of the meditation practice. Enjoy!
Your pain, your suffering, and your grief can all be great teachers. This episode is an invitation to start contemplating your own experiences with pain and suffering to see how you have been "meeting" the emotions that rise up from these depths. Take some time to journal about how your attitudes and beliefs have formed around your pain and if you find that these attitudes have not been helpful, you may be ready to venture into a new territory. A territory where your pain, grief, and suffering are actually teachers of the highest forms of compassion and elevated love.
This is a 1-minute affirmation to remind you of how supported and loved you are. When you know that the Universe has your back, you realize that you never have to worry or wonder about where your support is going to come from!
Enjoy this four-by-four square breathing technique designed to heighten performance, improve concentration, and help you to take charge of your breath. Often referred to as "box breathing" this practice is accessible for all levels of practitioners and is beneficial for anyone who wants to reduce their stress and meditate.
This affirmation practice is intended to keep gratitude at the forefront of our minds. It's perfect for those with little time to meditate but who realize the importance of mindfulness and affirmations. It's also great for those who need a quick mindset shift from worry, fear and doubt to an attitude of gratitude and joy.
This practice focuses on opening into the heart as the seat of the soul. In this way, we drop into the peace within ourselves, that has always existed in spite of the mind's belief in its separateness from peace.
This affirmation practice invites you to recognize that your thoughts and actions are creating your reality. By choosing to become conscious of your thoughts and actions towards yourself and others, you create a paradigm shift that enhances life for all.
"With every thought and action, I am creating my experience. And therefore I choose the Path of Love. I'm aware of my actions I'm aware of my reactions and behavior towards others and I choose to respond with greater care and more love. I know that I am also creating my experience in life through the ways I react and respond to others. I choose to respond in love. I know that the more love I show, the more love I give, the more love I radiate, the more love will be reflected and attracted to me. Every time I react in a way that is contrary to love, I recognize it and I forgive myself. I accept responsibility for all of my actions, and I apologize to those who I have hurt or offended immediately. In this way, I reverse the pattern and bring more peace and balance back to my life and to the life of others."
