The podcast is focused mainly on personal development , health, wellbeing and spirituality , but various other topics are being discussed as well. It's a solocast for most of the time ,with occasional guests and it's targeted to open minded people with natural curiosity who enjoy exploring their mind , the world , the universe and much more..... :)
In this episode I'm sharing with you(as the episode hints) my appearance on another podcast called Hot Topics, hosted by two amazing ladies named Gloria Goldberg and Kia Baker.
We had a great chat about health, fitness and wellness. It was a great pleasure for me to be invited on their show, because they are like-minded people who try their best to make the world a better place - something that I have as a mission and a goal as well.
They also ask very good questions, so I'm sure you'll find some gems in this episode
And if you enjoy it, don't forget to spread the word ;)
Thank you!

He is one of the people whom I've met on London Real's Business Accelerator Course and someone that I look up to.

Proteins , Fats, Carbs and how to choose them

In this episode I have my friend Raphael Weinstock, whom I've met fairly recently, but we had an instant connection from the moment we met. It was like we knew each other from before or from another life :) . He is an actor , a painter , a musician and so many other things. He shares his story and his experience, and we touch on many different topics(as I like to do :) ) so I hope you enjoy the episode. This one is just a bit longer than usual :) because we seldom go for less than 4 hours when we chat, so we couldn't break the tradition :D
I'm sure everyone can find something valuable in this conversation , so take a listen and I would love to hear your thoughts and comments.
And if you enjoy the episode, don't forget to Share it on social media, so it can reach more people, and Subscribe to the channel to support it and help it grow. Thank you for your valuable time! :)
Estelle Poire is a friend of mine, whom I met in the Bussines Accelerator course from London Real. She specializes in helping women simplify their lives , get rid of clutter and create their own unique lifestyle. We had a fun conversation and(as it is typical for this podcast) went through several relevant to today's world topics. Estelle also shared some of her own personal stories, which was great! I love listening to other people stories, because they let you see common everyday situations from a different perspective. And sometimes, most often in my opinion, that's all we need :)

In this 3rd episode of the show my guest is Martin Lukasc. Martin is from Slovakia but is currently based in the UK. He loves exercising, he's curious , he's open-minded, and we have a lot in common. We talked about mindset , how to build your character , why should we exercise regularly, and we even went into the taboo topic of psychedelics. I hope you enjoy the podcast and if you do - please support the channel by subscribing and share the episodes with someone who might like it :) It's very much appreciated! Thank you! :)
