Alicia Keys told us “best” when she insinuated in her song “A Women’s Worth” that a man buying us things was the way he was to prove to us he knew our worth as women. A lyric describes her insinuating that if her man treated her right, she’d give him her goods as if that’s where her worth lies alone. But what if I told you there’s a man that paid the price already and can’t no man on planet earth buy you anything that competes to the price that was already paid? YOU are the price He paid for. And the way to know your worth is to find out who that man is personally.

Birthdays are supposed to be fun and filled with joy, no one plans to cuss their best friend out and have the day ending in turmoil and fists flying through the air. In the streets, on a bus, on a train, and even on the airplane. Christians are telling the gospel EVERYWHERE, as we should. But it’s not always all about where we tell the gospel or who we tell it to. Ask yourself, are you telling it in a manner that’s actually effective? Or are you just telling it for the mere fact to say on record that you told it?

“Well it’s the truth, I told them in love”, who’s ever heard a Christian say that before about ministering to a unbeliever? Have you ever said it? Indeed as believers we are commanded to go out and spread the Word of God and to love ALL just as Jesus does. There’s just a flaw within the church when it comes to telling the truth in love, SPECIFICALLY towards telling it to the unbeliever. Love, we slap it on a lot of things.
