It can be very scary, uncomfortable, and sometimes totally out of our comfort zones to say no to such requests. And it's certainly not pleasant to put up with the "feedback" afterward. But, we have to set up boundaries and give ourselves permission to assert ourselves and stand by our worth! πͺ In this episode, Franka helps you say those words like a true business owner.
