Hey Y'all! Are you loving God with your WHOLE heart, mind, emotions, and strength? Wanted to share a little snippet of a message I shared with some lovely women at the end of 2018. I was just pregnant with my little guy Uriah and living an answered prayer, but not before dealing with some difficult waiting. Boy, let me tell you, our emotions are revealing! “Trauma is anything that changes for the worse. The way that you see yourself, the way that you see other people, the way that you see the world, or the way you see God.” -Dr. Anita Phillips God can use us however He wants but I’ve learned over the years that I can be useful to the body or I can really grab hold of deeper things in the Lord and allow Him to touch EVERY area of my life (not just some parts) so that I can be the MOST useful to my family, my friends and the body around me. That God-awareness and being able to recognize things in our lives is important and is valuable in the kingdom of God. If you need help with unprocessed pain, reach out to someone in your local church or seek a professional counselor. My friend Vanessa Cruz is a licensed therapist. Today's Episode Topic: Vulnerability and Transparency PART 2 In our social media world, you can basically be anyone you want. And it's leaving us sick with loneliness, anxiety, comparison, and fear. In order to really thrive in our lives, we need to choose to be vulnerable over only always wanting to be transparent. Listen in on today's episode as I dive into what these two things really are and why we need them both. Scripture reference:
James 1:19 Galatians 6:2

We are gonna dive deep as Melo shares a powerful story on today's episode. Grab your cafecito or some strong tea, cus you're gonna need it!
Here are some things we mention on the show and scripture we reference.
Feelings over faith. Violated Conscious/Shipwrecked faith:
1 Timothy 1:19
Having Discernment: Hebrews 5:14, Philippians 1:9-10, 1 Cor 2:14
Lust of the eyes: 1John 2:16
Flee sexual immorality: 1 Cor 6:18
Being sober-minded: 1 Peter 5:8
I got questions ya'll! This is a short one - a little espresso shot for ya! Lots of questions, but mostly, grateful for how the heart of Jesus is willing and moved in more than one way. Not only that but to see how He is moved by the faith of the people around us is pretty compelling. Take a listen and chew on this word. Verses are from Matthew 9:1-8
Hey Everyone!!
Welcome to my brand new podcast, “Journey Together With Ritz” - Yaaaaay! For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Maritza Eru and I am super pumped to be starting this up for so many reasons.
I started this podcast to create some space where I can share both the good and not so good things I have learned in my life.
Why Journey Together? Because we were created to do LIFE TOGETHER. As a storyteller, wife, boy-mom, disciple-maker, and all things Jesus, I want to invite you on the journey with me to talk about perhaps some not so popular topics.
You will find on this podcast: empowerment, tools for your day, biblical encouragement, topics on relationships, healing, marriage, parenting, starting over, waiting on God's best and so! much! more! Lots of laughs and some "confession sessions" like my girl says, to keep us all in check, and of course, don’t forget the coffee, cafecito, café con leche or some strong tea - you're gonna need it!
I hear the term "real, raw, relevant" used a lot, and I definitely want us to be real, raw, and relevant, but not without actually applying what we learn to our everyday lives.
I hope I can connect with your hearts out there. I don't wanna be just another voice in your life, as I am sure you have plenty, however, I do want God's voice to be #1 in your life. Do you feel me? Are you ready?!
I've invited people I love to join me from time to time, so please make sure you subscribe because you do not want to miss the incredible nuggets they're gonna share from their life and teach us what they've learned.
The podcast launches on August 1st. So again, subscribe to the JTWR podcast on Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, Spotify, or your favorite streaming platform.
