How do you achieve your goals?
"Use this channel, say something when you have an issue, and let others know about it so they can help solve your problem. If we don't share what's happening, we cannot work as a team."
Iza's determination in getting to know the team and learning how to communicate with both senior and junior developers allow her to get things done under time pressure.
"When you have complex business logic that you have to program in software, you're always learning. It does not matter how experienced you are, you will always find that you cannot solve that one thing without being diligent and toughing it out."
