Il ne s’agit pas seulement de révolutions technologiques, sociales, géopolitiques ou environnementales. Il s’agit de modifications fondamentales au cœur de ce qui constitue nos systèmes de pensée, nos êtres, la vie et notre définition même d’Humanité. Nous avons créé la communauté Boma pour permettre à tous de suivre les mutations actuelles, d’anticiper le futur pour mieux le préparer, et créer un impact positif sur notre monde.

Adrien Bouillot est le cofondateur et CEO de Chalkboard Education, une entreprise qui offre des solutions de mobile learning sans connexion Internet aux acteurs de l'éducation ouest-africaine.
Chalkboard Education est présente dans plusieurs pays africains et sert tous types de clients, des universités publiques aux ONGs en passant par les corporates.

Marie-Hélène Fasquel enseigne la littérature, est passionnée par les TICE et a obtenu un prix de l’innovation national (Unesco, 2013) et international (Barcelona Global Forum, 2014). Elle est Microsoft Expert Educator et ambassadrice eTwinning. Elle participe à de nombreux colloques et séminaires en ligne et est finaliste pour le Global Teacher Prize 2017.

Passé par Centrale par devoir et par l’IEP de Paris par plaisir selon ses propres mots, cet ingénieur en physique nucléaire a pourtant fait carrière dans le secteur informatique. Pendant 30 ans, ce dirigeant atypique a navigué entre la France, le Japon et les États-Unis où il occupait les plus hautes fonctions dans de grandes multinationales. Ce parcours brillant va pourtant être troublé par un évènement inattendu.

Stéphane Cloâtre - Professeur de technologie
Stéphane Cloâtre est professeur de technologie et formateur aux usages du numérique. Depuis 2014, il met en œuvre des projets immersifs pour ses élèves en détournant des jeux vidéo comme Minecraft ou Kerbal Space Program. Il anime aussi des ateliers de robotique hors temps scolaire.
Son initiative fut notamment reconnu par Microsoft qui l’a reconnu comme un Minecraft Global Mentor. A ce titre, il participe à ce titre au développement de la version éducative du jeu au sein d’une équipe internationale.

Actuellement en master Relations Internationales à Sciences Po Paris, Alyette Tritsch est présidente et co-fondatrice de Kiron France. En septembre 2016, Alyette se rend dans un camp de réfugiés installé en plein coeur de la mairie du XVIIIème arrondissement de Paris. Sur place, la rencontre est aisée. La discussion, après avoir couvert des questions matérielles, s’oriente vers des considérations d’avenir, essentielles aux yeux des réfugiés pour reconstruire leur vie en France. Parmi elles, une interrogation récurrente : "tu sais où je peux étudier ?". Une question qui marque le point de départ de l'aventure Kiron France, une ONG qui a pour mission de rendre l'éducation accessible aux réfugiés

Forte d’une expérience de 12 ans dans le monde de l’éducation supérieure au sein de nombreuses universités aussi bien en Europe qu’aux Etats-Unis, Marielle van der Meer est Directrice Europe et Moyen-Orient chez Minerva. Cette université s’attache à refondre les processus pédagogiques, notamment au travers de nouvelles méthodes d’enseignement telles que la classe inversée ou l’interdisciplinarité. Marielle participe ainsi à la réinvention de l’expérience universitaire au 21ème siècle.
Thot est une association basée à Paris, fondée par trois femmes dynamiques. L’école Thot s’est créée à partir de notre engagement terrain auprès des réfugiés en 2015. Le constat est clair, une question leur était commune : « Où pouvons-nous apprendre le français ? ». Nous avons créé l’école Thot pour pallier l’absence de formation diplômante à destination des exilés non diplômés dans leur pays, et mener nos élèves vers l’obtention d’un diplôme officiel de français.

Claude Terosier a fondé Magic Makers en 2014. Convaincue de la nécessité d'apprendre aux enfants la programmation, elle propose un nouveau concept : les 6 - 15 ans apprendront à coder pour apprendre à créer. En ateliers hebdomadaires ou en stages vacances, Magic Makers ce sont plus de 5000 enfants déjà passés en atelier, 6 centres en France, et la volonté de permettre à tous les enfants français d'apprendre à programmer.

Dalila MADINE - Fondatrice de la French Future Academy
Diplômée de la d.school, l’école de Design de l’université de Stanford, Dalila Madine est une coach certifiée en Design Thinking. Elle a récemment fondé la French Future Academy, pour mettre l’humain au centre de l’innovation et lui donner les clés lecture dont on a besoin dans le futur.
Dalila Madine intervient également, au côté du Secrétaire Général d’Etat au numérique sur le dispositif Startup Banlieue, pour conseiller les jeunes entreprises lors de leurs phases d’expansion.

Lisa Kay Solomon shares a new “full stack” model that reimagines learning as a scalable leadership stance of adaptive, future-focused, collaborative practices.
Lisa is a bestselling author, educator, speaker, and dynamic force for good, Lisa Kay Solomon has dedicated her career to making design a more accessible, learnable, and expansive set of everyday leadership practices. Named one of ixDA’s Women of Design 2020, Lisa has taught leadership and design at the California College of the Art’s MBA in Design strategy, was the founding Chair of Singularity University’s Transformational Practices effort, and recently collaborated with LinkedIn Learning to launch their first “Leader as Futurist” class. Currently a Designer in Residence at the Stanford d. school, Lisa focuses on bridging the disciplines of futures and design thinking, creating award winning experiences like “Vote by Design: Presidential Edition” and The Future’s Happening to help students learn and practice the skills they don’t yet know they need. At the d.school, she teaches classes such as Inventing the Future where students imagine, debate and analyze the 50-year futures of emerging tech, and works closely with the K12 community to make futures thinking a mainstay of 21c core curriculum.

Kaila Colbin is co-founder of Boma Global and CEO of Boma New Zealand. She works with executives, leaders and changemakers to help them be more intentional and intelligent about the future. Kaila spearheaded the hugely successful SingularityU New Zealand and Australia Summits, introducing more than 2,500 people to exponential technologies and their impact on humanity. Ulrich Boser is the founder and CEO of The Learning Agency and a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress. He also leads the Learning Agency Lab, a nonprofit devoted to scaling the science of learning. In 2017, Boser wrote a book on the science of learning titled Learn Better. The book was featured in many media outlets, including Wired, Slate, Vox, Fast Company, and The Atlantic. Amazon called it simply “the best science book of the year.” Boser’s work has been influential, and his writing and research have appeared in a variety of outlets ranging from “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” to the front page of USA Today. Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) drafted a change to federal education law based on Boser’s work. Boser has served as an adviser to many institutions including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Reboot Foundation, and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Boser has worked as a contributing editor for U.S. News and World Report and a researcher for the newspaper Education Week. He has also been an Arthur F. Burns fellow, winner of an Education Writers Award, and been featured on CNN, NPR, and NBC’s “Nightly News.” Boser’s writings have appeared in a variety of publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Wired, Slate, Smithsonian, and many other publications. Boser’s examination of brain training was featured on the front page of the Outlook section of The Washington Post. Earlier in his career, Boser wrote The Leap: The Science of Trust and Why It Matters, which Forbes called “recommended reading” and Talking Points Memo described as “both comprehensive and engaging.” He is also the author of The Gardner Heist: The True Story of the World’s Largest Unsolved Art Theft, which became a national best-seller and was optioned for film. Boser’s career has also included stints as a reporter, editor, and English language instructor. He graduated from Dartmouth College with honors.

Olivier Sibony is a professor, writer and keynote speaker specializing in the quality of strategic thinking and the design of decision processes. Olivier teaches Strategy, Decision Making and Problem Solving at HEC Paris. He is also an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School in Oxford University. Previously, Olivier spent 25 years with McKinsey & Company in France and in the U.S., where he was a Senior Partner. There, he was, at various times, a leader of the Global Strategy Practice and of the Consumer Goods & Retail Sector. Olivier’s research interests focus on improving the quality of decision-making by reducing the impact of behavioral biases. He is the author or co-author of numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals (Strategy Science, Long Range Planning, Research in Economics) and in practitioner-oriented publications (Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly, MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review).
