In this episode, I interviewed Jasmine Irven. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher and the founder of the Sustainable Bliss Collective, a self-care community and membership for ambitious women who need the reminder to slow down and schedule their self-care instead of letting it be the first thing to fall off of their to-do list. She guides weekly meditation and journaling classes (both drop in and membership based) which offer a mix of intention setting and relaxation classes. Her goal is to help you reconnect with yourself rather than letting the external world dictate your decisions, and to help you reduce overwhelm and stress, so you can feel calm even when you have a busy schedule.
This episode is pretty long, and it’s the longest conversation that I have ever record, but it’s so informative! If you have been curious in meditation for a while or you a new to it, you will find all answers and learn an unbelievable amount of information.
Jasmine and I talked about how she started her platform and journey with meditation, spirituality, and inner peace. We got all information about platform and Jasmine answer to some frequent-asked questions about meditation.
