Since then, she's already completed several wholesale deals, acquired two subject-to properties, completed her first fix and flip, and purchased two buy-and-holds. This year she plans on expanding her portfolio with another buy and hold as well as an Airbnb!
Jessica purchased her first turnkey townhouse rental in 2014 in Virginia Beach and has grown her portfolio into a mixture of single-family and small multifamily homes in the greater Hampton Roads area. In addition, she has gone from purchasing turnkey homes to ones requiring full remodel - and successfully completed five flips in addition to the personal rentals that she's kept. All from San Antonio, TX!
