I've had service accommodation properties for over a year and a half, using the rent-2-service accommodation strategy. I was amazed that I could make money on Airbnb and booking.com for only a small investment and without owning my own properties- I use other people's properties! I also find and secure opportunities for other people, and used the profits to buy and refurbish a house.
I am sharing my experience and my tricks of the trade to help people who are starting the at level 1. I have a few guests as well to share their knowledge, who are successful and growing.
