For Today's episode, we're going to talk about a subject that is a hot topic in todays fast moving seller's market: waiving contingencies as a buyer.
Patrick grew up in a Real Estate Family in Seattle and San Jose where Real Estate was always discussed at the dinner table. He knew from a young age that he wanted to be a Realtor. He moved to Tucson in 2008 to attend the University of Arizona, and in 2012, graduated with degrees in Psychology and Marketing. After graduation he dove right into his real estate as a new home sales agent for 3 national builders. After selling new construction homes for 6 years, Patrick decided it was time to start his own career.

They are a hiking club founded in 1958 and at one point have had over 1000 club members. Its a great way to experience the natural wonders of southern arizona and to discover places you’d never visit on your own while forming lasting friendships in the process.
With more than 60 guides, they offer a wide range of weekly guided activities - from peak bagging to mall walking - you can find something easy or strenuous.
Our guest Patt is on the board of directors and has also been a member of the club for a little under 30 years. We talked about how to join, her favorite local places to hike, and how the club adjusted during covid 19

Barrio Books come about as a deep love of literature and of the Tucson community. Started in the Spring of 2019, Barrio Books has brought books of Latinx representation to many corners of Tucson. They started as a pop up vendor hauling used books from event to event. Such as Cyclovia, Second Saturday Downtown, Barrio Centro Fiestas and many other community events. They slowly began taking space with their books at Galeria Mitotera, an Art Gallery in south Tucson, and at Chula’s, a gift shop off of 4th avenue. So many of their books have made it to different part of the United States as well! From California all the way to Maine!
