Paradigm 360º Foundation
Paradigm 360º Young Entrepreneur (P360YE) Program helps develops and prepares middle and high school students for academic and career success. This program provides young people with the ability to experience the “world of work” through our corporate job shadow opportunities, leadership development through our quarterly “Young Entrepreneur Symposiums and one on one or group mentoring from various Paradigm 360º leadership coaches who have the first-hand experience in corporate, government and non-profit leadership. Our goal is to lead, train and equip our future leaders of tomorrow while embracing leadership and building world-class leaders one conversation at a time.
The Summit Experience - The Young Entrepreneurs Leadership Conference with students from a local charter school in Charlotte, North Carolina. Students will spend two weeks learning about how to turn their innovative skills into entrepreneurial dreams.
Paradigm 360º has hosted a Young Entrepreneurs Program for the last five years. The program is designed to help young people understand their contribution to the marketplace and how they can scale their personal leadership goals and aspirations. Our students enjoy the pleasures of private dinning with C-Suite Executives, job shadow opportunities, formal entrepreneurship instruction, and corporate mentoring experiences. These young people are amazing.
Tune into the "Be Great Conference" Former Carolina Panther, Entrepreneur and Executive coach shares his heart with over 300 students from Sugar Creek Charter School. This conference was designed to equip and encourage high school students to develop a plan to reach their academic goals and dreams. Nate Sally is married to Jasmine Sally and they have three beautiful children. Off the field he spends his time coaching and consulting medium to large corporations and non-profits through his company Audible Coaching and Consulting. Nate is a powerhouse speaker and encourages leaders young and old across the globe.
Ret. NFL, Motivational Speaker, Coach and Chaplain for The Ohio State Buckeyes brought a powerful message for over three-hundred youth at the "Be Great Conference" Roy's powerful message was the close out of a day full of empowerment and life purpose for the students at Sugar Creek High School. Roy is a powerful corporate keynote and conference speaker. Go Buckeyes!
Ericka Shorty brought the house down while speaking to over 300 high school on the importance of building their plan for the future. After her powerful motivational talk she lead the youth through personal transformation through vision boarding. Erika's electrifying talk was the second talk of the day to encourage the wonderful students at Sugar Creek High School. Erika is a wife, and a wonderful mother to two children and in her spear time she speaks nationally and enjoy's podcasting on national brand.
Kyler Griffin is an Assistant Director in the Directors Guild of America. She has worked at Tyler Perry Studios as a production assistant and currently she is the 2nd assistant director on the CBS television show Bull. Col. Daniel Lee is a Retired Full Bird Colonel from the U.S. Army. Col. Lee has lead our country in various leadership roles affording Americans to maintain freedom and liberty. Col. shares the benefits of being a officer in the US Army and why many minority leaders should consider OCS as a career pathway.

The Men and Women of Promise conference is a youth leadership conference hosted by Paradigm 360º Foundation. We hosted over 300 high school students and Sixty Paradigm coaches coached them in the area of self leadership and life purpose. This one day event was a huge success.

Paradigm 360º Hosted the Men and Women of Promise Conference, serving over 300 high school students. The high school students spent the day with over fifty-eight Paradigm 360º coaches and six national speakers from various parts of the country in a power pack day of leadership principals, team building and charting their course for their own personal destiny for future success.
Paradigm 360º sponsored the Men and Women of Promise Conference. Over 300 leaders and 60 Paradigm 360º Coaches came together to share expertise with young people on leadership topics.
