When we do not get the solutions to our problems, it is believed that you need to go back towards your granthas and find the answer because it has all solutions already. We keep wandering but don't realise that. This is an effort to understand our path what we do on daily basis and correlate them in our daily life with understanding. Lust and Anger filled in the body can be smashed to pieces by meeting the Guru. Lovers of mammon donot enjoy the taste of God's Elixir because of ego whereas True devotees are absorbed in God's Name and gain great honour in various regions and universes.
Beautifully explains how a wonderful worship to be performed with true lamps like sun and moon with sky as salver, orbits as pearls, sandal as incense and all vegetation as flowers. Nanak says, give the water of your mercy so that I may merge in your Name.
There are 6 shastras and their 6 authors however they all explain one God who is teacher of teachers. There may be thousands ways like various seasons but sun still remains one.
In your house(state of mind) practise meditating on the Fearless God. Everyday God looks after and beholds all the beings. Let's bless the bride (your soul) to union with the master.
Introduction - Kirtan Sohila Last path of the day before sleep. 5 shabad of the path are so powerful that Guru gave this mantra to Gursikhs not to have any fear from theives or spirits at night. Whoever songs His praises and meditate upon him obtains grace and peace in his house (state of mind)
RehrasSahib Episode 15 (Last Episode). He exists where none else does, He gives protection to us even amidst the fire of the womb. Those who are thirsty His Name, drink the Divine Nectar. In Kalyug, singing God's praises is the act of highest virtue. With the tongue, eyes and ears, absorb only True Guru. We take shelter of our master in our mind, by remembering whom, bliss comes and all pains vanish.
RehrasSahib Episode 14. In the large plate of holy Guru Granth Sahib ji, three things are put, Divine Truth, contentment and Divine wisdom. Whosoever relishes, will get deliverance. I am meritless and possess no virtue and He, Himself has taken mercy on me. I live and my body and mind blossom forth, when I get your Name (Naam).
RehrasSahib Episode 13. The divine orchestral music (panch shabad) can be obtained and the results thereof. The person who has really reached that stage, is bound to become free from all five evils sex, anger, greed, worldly love and ego. While summerising Anand sahib ji today, learnt the lessons given to body parts and complete self to attain divine grace and become a true disciple.
RehrasSahib Episode 12. What's not there in His house but only those gets whom He gives. Our hunger should be of Naam not anything else. Rest all is possible in a flick of a hand for Him. I depend on His Name, his mercy and we all need to surrender and fall in love with His Naam jap.
RehrasSahib Episode 11. The nectarean happiness is received by the favoured devotee spontaneously with God's grace. The heart sings the shabad and Naam of God with utmost joy. We all should attach our mind to the love of God and stay in divine bliss and throw away our griefs.
RehrasSahib Episode 10. This episode recites Benti Chaupai Sahib and summary is given again however explanations can be referred at season 3 explanations of ChaupaiSahib. Further, we reassure God that do not follow religious ways and do not believe in various forms. I do not recognise various Vedas and shastras because every religion and shastra is actually spoken by Him and say the same thing that He is one but not sure why we differentiate within us basis these religions and shastra.
RehrasSahib Episode 9. O! Man, you have obtained the human body. This is your time and opportunity to meet the Lord of this world. All other works are of no avail to you. Make preparations, join the society of Godly persons and don't waste this human life. Gurunanak reminds us to stay humble and seek his shelter.
RehrasSahib Episode 8. We live in the world pool with water(worldly things) of fire (greed) has been put by the Lord. We cannot even move our feet and see each other drowning. Virtues of all of us wither away by forgetting God. Pleasure is not bad but forgetting Him who showered everything is a curse. We need to sought shelter of those who never forget Him and for us , it is Guru Granth Sahib ji.
RehrasSahib Episode 7. While explaining about the Lord in continuation, Guru Nanakdev ji mentions that whatever pleases Him, happens and what He gives we get. The true devotees obtain the Name and faithless apostates lose it. To whom He gives His understanding, understands Him.
RehrasSahib Episode 6. A disciple asks Guruji abou God and he explains in this section not only about Him but all the devotees who meditate on Him. God is primal, He is one and same since ages, never changes and is ever stable. Whatever God wants, comes to happen, whatever He does, gets accomplished. God Himself created the universe and having done so, will destroy all of it.
RehrasSahib Episode 5. Through this explanation, Guru Arjan Dev ji explains to Bhai Gurudas ji how flamingoes come away over flying hundreds of miles leaving their young ones behind then who feeds them and teaches them to peck? God sends sustenance to everyone then why should you worry, O my soul?
RehrasSahib Episode 4. When Guru Amardas ji asks his son Guru Ramdas ji on his marriage about his will, Guru says..Give me the light of the Name of the omnipresent God. Devotees of God are very fortunate as they have faith whereas who have not tasted the nectar are unfortunate and will be taken away by the God of death.
RehrasSahib Episode 3. When Gurunanak Dev ji left food and his mother asks, he mentions so beautifully that I live when I take His Name and I die when I forget it. My hunger of His Name consumes all my pains. Even an iota of the greatness of True Name can not be narrated and can not be evaluated.
RehrasSahib Episode 2. O, Almighty God, my master of unfathomable depths, you are an ocean of excellence. None knows how big and great is your expanses. All spiritual powers can not be achieved without you. These are obtained by your Grace and can not be stopped.
RehrasSahib Episode 1. You are the true Lord, your praise is most beautiful; whoever utters it crosses the world occean. Your light pervades the creation and creation is contained in you light. This Episode tells about all the innumerable singers one can think of, playing the instruments and singing His praises.
Season_4 Rehras Sahib Introduction. Purpose of Rehras Sahib ji is to save us from sinful acts and stay in bliss. By the evening when we accomplish our day full entangled activities, God wants us to recall where we actually belong and pay gratitude. Daily affairs darkens our already darkened mind and reminding ourselves with the truth that God alone does everything to keep our egos aside. Stay tuned and keep listening to all the episodes.
Last episode of this season....Those who ponder on God even once, they stop fearing death. They always get your protection and their enemies and sufferings go away at once. Miracles descent at their homes, in their minds and evils ( external and internal) can not go near their shadows even.
He has no form, sometimes He became a pauper, sometimes rich and sometimes king. He sets up methods of birth through eggs, womb, sweat and from earth. Those who follow You save, and those who do not, You destroy.
He understands the pain and discomfort of everyone. When he expands His creation, many are born and when He dissolves everything, all living beings absorbed back to Him. As much we try, we can not know you completely.
We solute to Him who created God's, demons, demi-Gods, we bow to Him. He takes care of the one's who are humble and punishes those who are wicked. Please bestow on me and destroy all my enemies ( inner shortcomings).
Like a child, we request our Lord to be my support and protect me from all my enemies(Desire, anger, greed, attachment and ego) and protect with your hands and save me. My thirst for your worship may get satiated and quenched.
Welcome back to season 3 with chaupai Sahib explanation. This bani is my favourite as this kept me at my best whenever I felt low or in a fear. This is a hymn by Guru Gobind Singh Ji, offers protection and security. The devotees pray for the fulfillment of all desires, destruction of sinful enemies and peaceful life.
Last Episode of Season 2 All beings and creatures were created by Him(God); He alone is the support and friend of the saints. God hugs his devotees in His loving embrace; just like the father and mother hug their child. I speak as God cause me to speak. God protects and preserves the honor of His Slaves. We, humans find it so difficult to practice connection with our supreme being in 24 hours. When you can fix time slots for your other daily routines like eating, sleeping, it is too big an ask to seek peace and tranquility? Season 2 concludes here.
Never forget God, the ocean of peace; and you shall obtain the fruits of your mind's desires. The supreme Lord has become kind and compassionate, and my entire family is now free of pain and suffering. God has saved me, both here and hereafter and not taken my merits and demerits into account.
The Lord's devotee meditates in remembrance of The Lord's Name; this is his only support. God Himself takes care of His creation, He protects us from the messanger of death(removes the fear of death). Nanak says, remember The Lord, calm and coolness will prevail through the body and mind.
The Lord is the doer, the cause of causes; the Almighty Perfect Lord, the architect of destiny. Shouts of cheers and congratulations ring throughout the world; the supreme God has become my savior and protector. He heard my prayer and forgiven everything.
The savior has saved his child, and The True Guru has cured the fever(suffering). Service to The Lord does not go in vain. He is the source of my peace, wealth and capital (breath). Whatever I ask for, I receive; I have total faith in my Lord.
The Lord is the benefactor of the orphans, He provides sanctuary to all. He is the mother and father of the entire creation. Take the Name of The Lord as your food, put it into your mouth at all times, the looming pain of old age and death shall all depart, when you constantly sing the praises of The Lord of the Universe.
God Himself has heard the prayers of His humble devotees. He has interceded on my behalf with His power and has forgiven my sins and removed suffering. I am a sacrifice to my True Guru, who has saved the honor of the entire world.
The hot winds do not touch those, who are under the protection of supreme Lord. I am surrounded by The Lord's protection from all four sides. I have met the True Guru who has enabled this protection and granted me the medicine of The Lord's Name.
This is Lord's healing rod, which eradicates all disease. Meditating on the Lord through perfect Guru (Gurugranth Sahib), one constantly enjoys pleasure. Taking hold of my arm, God has pulled me out and has made me His own.
The supreme Lord is merciful to the meek; by his glance of grace, I am in ecstasy. The Lord's name is the cure for all diseases; with it, no disease afflicts me. I chant Har, Har, Har, Har lovingly centring my awareness and inner being on Him.
The True Guru has resolved all my affairs. The three worlds have blossomed forth in greenery. The disease is gone; God himself eradicated it. Peace and harmony has come to my home.
The divine sermons of God's word is the unspoken speech of God. Remembering the Lord in meditation, all sinful mistakes are erased. Joining together, O beautiful soul-brides, celebrate and rejoice.
The five vicious thieves (kaam, krodh, ahankar, lobh and moh) are assaulting my poor being. I have tried all sorts of things but seems they can be uprooted in the company of Holy. The divine Guru has blessed us with total happiness.
Our eyes have got opened now and the Giver of Joy has saved us from disease. Guru says, remain steady in the home of your ownselves keeping a calm mind and the True Guru shall resolve all your affairs.
Are you a "Bhogi" or "yogi"? This episode explains the essence of being yogi. All mantr, tantras, medicines and remedies are nothing more than ashes. Enshrine the creator Lord with your heart. In the company of Holy, you shall be emancipated.
Suffering departed when God has showered us with peace and tranquility. Remembering him, suffering departs and this jwell of Lord's name comes to dwell in the mind. He resides in every being, we all are part of same light.
Lord' name is the destroyer of sorrow. Messanger of death does not approach to those who chant the glorious praises of the Lord. Let's understand and remove the fear within and make our life peaceful and worthy.
Dukh Bhanjani Sahib means "Destroyer of Pain". Guru Arjun Dev ji recited this path for healing the illness of his son Hargobind singh ji and it works wonders if followed and practiced well. Let's try to alleviate / remove any form of ailments ( Dukh) or hardship experienced. May this explanation of Dukh Bhanjani Sahib helps you in all aspects.

This carries the summary of all the pauris giving clarity of how to become an ornament out of raw gold and being a right choice of almighty to shower his blessings on you.
